Rustin advises private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, other public and private borrowers, agents, lenders and underwriters in commercial lending, direct lending and other financial transactions, including on complex acquisition and leveraged financings and sustainable finance matters. Rustin’s experience includes syndicated loans, direct lending, asset-based facilities, distressed debt, infrastructure financings and fund financings.
