Lisa manages the development and execution of all firm external-facing proposals for both our U.S. and global clients and prospects. Prior to that, Lisa was one of a select group of attorneys leading marketing and business development efforts for the Finance and Restructuring practice teams, Banking/Leveraged Finance and Alternative Capital Industry Teams and all Dallas-based client events and sponsorships. Prior to joining V&E, she served as a Senior Business Development Manager at a global law firm and an Adjunct Law Professor teaching marketing and business development. Lisa began her legal career as an attorney at several Amlaw 100 law firms focusing on mergers and acquisitions and private equity.
