Kimberley Taieb
Kimberley is an associate in the International Dispute Resolution & Arbitration practice, based in our London office.
She has experience working with clients on various matters of international arbitration and litigation matters, including successfully navigating complex, cross-border disputes spanning multiple jurisdictions, the values of which have often exceeded US$1 billion.
Kimberley has represented clients from various sectors, including telecommunications, energy, duty free and private equity. She has worked on a broad range of disputes including civil fraud, contentious restructuring, misuse of confidential information, joint ventures and shareholder rights.
Kimberley is also a qualified barrister. She is admitted to practice as a barrister, and conduct litigation in England and Wales.

Experience Highlights
Represented a global pharmaceutical company in connection with a €2 billion arbitration claim for fraud and breaches of warranty arising in connection with an M&A transaction, involving allegations of wrongdoing across more than 10 European countries
Represented an investment fund in a US$100 million cross-border insolvency before the Court of Appeal in Jersey in the leading case on the Jersey creditors’ winding-up process: HWA 555 Owners, LLC v Redox PLC S.A. (formerly Regus PLC) and Maître Nicolas Thieltgen [2023] JCA085
Acting for a group of companies in the industrials sector in Eastern Europe in a US$100 million cross-border enforcement matter in respect of security granted over assets of operating and holding companies
Represented an African telecommunications group in a US$275 million London-seated arbitration against 15 Respondents alongside parallel insolvency proceedings in Mauritius
Represented the Claimant in a US$350 million dispute governed by Israeli law for the failed joint bid of a duty-free tender
Represented the Claimant in a high-profile case in which claims of deceit and misrepresentation have been brought against a donor of a former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom
Represented the Defendant in a US$20 million dispute arising out of a failed joint venture in the telecoms industry
Represented two Defendants in claims governed by Russian law, for the misuse of assets through a complicated loan structure; the value of the claims exceeded US$854 million and encompassed an eight week trial before the High Court of England and Wales
Represented the lender in a landmark case against a commercial bank in Azerbaijan
