Kilian has extensive experience in acting for sponsors, development finance institutions, commercial lenders and export credit agencies on the development, structuring and financing of complex natural resources, infrastructure and energy projects internationally. Kilian is a native French speaker.

In addition to finance documentation in the context of complex multi-source project financings, Kilian has extensive knowledge of project development and commercial documentation including with respect to complex construction, operation and management, feedstock and supply, offtake, marketing arrangements, vessel charters and conversion contracts.
