Castlelake, L.P. in connection with the acquisition of a portfolio of five aircraft consisting of five Boeing 737-800 aircraft currently on lease to Malaysia Airlines, Sunwing Airlines, TUI Airways, and SunExpress
Blackstone, on behalf of portfolio company Geosyntec Consultants, Inc., in a $550 million senior secured loan consisting of a $110 million revolving credit facility, and a $440 million term loan
Ashland Place Finance, as lender, in a $114 million senior secured term loan to an aircraft leasing company in connection with the acquisition of four new Embraer E195-E2 aircraft via a joint venture with Fortress Investment Group
An oil & gas supermajor in relation to its exit from the UK North Sea through the divestment of its interests in a portfolio of North Sea assets, including several offshore producing assets and an exploration field, and a related gas processing terminal, to an independent upstream oil & gas company
MUFG Bank, Ltd. and Kookmin Bank Co., Ltd. Singapore Branch as original lenders and co-arrangers in a $50 million syndicated, senior secured credit facility to finance the acquisition by a BBAM SPV of a Boeing 737 (MSN 38320) on lease to Qatar Airways Group Q.C.S.C.
