Clare is a member of the firm’s Office of the General Counsel. She joined Vinson & Elkins in this role following a career as a transactional attorney primarily focused on mergers and acquisitions. She started her legal practice in a large law firm in San Francisco and subsequently moved to a boutique transactional firm in Houston where she was a partner.
