Vinson & Elkins’ Shareholder Activism practice has been recognized by Activist Insight as tied for the No. 1 ranking for public company defense. This marks the 5th year in a row that V&E’s Shareholder Activism practice has received Activist Insight’s highest issuer defense ranking.
Most recently, V&E was also awarded the No. 1 ranking for company and board representation based on number of campaigns defended for the first half of 2020 by Refinitiv (Thomson Reuters).
