The Deal Names Steve Gill as Dealmaker of the Year, Shortlists Vinson & Elkins for Three Awards
Vinson & Elkins Houston partner Steve Gill was named by The Deal as Dealmaker of the Year in the Energy & Industrials category. The 2022 Deal Awards recognize “the elite advisers and service providers who power the deal economy.”
Gill is Co-Head of V&E’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets practice group. He is an accomplished corporate lawyer who leads the firm’s public company mergers & acquisitions practice. He advises both acquirers and targets involved in high-profile transactions across industry sectors.
Gill was honored at an event in New York on September 29.
The firm was also shortlisted in three additional categories:
