On Thursday, September 18, Washington, D.C. Managing Partner Zach Terwilliger and Government Contracts Co-head Alex Canizares will present a Coalition for Common Sense in Government Procurement webinar entitled “Effective Responses to Government Fraud Investigations and False Claims Act Risks.”

They will cover the administration’s white collar and FCA enforcement priorities, the administration’s key policies related to FCA enforcement, and FCA risks in areas such as cybersecurity.
