Navigating Series Background Decorative Image

Zach Terwilliger and Alexander Canizares, both of whom draw on past experiences serving in the Department of Justice (DOJ) to provide critical counsel to companies facing False Claims Act (FCA) enforcement actions, will cover the current state of affairs as it relates to the DOJ’s corporate enforcement priorities with particular emphasis on the FCA and related fraud allegations.

This insightful presentation will include analysis of DOJ policy pronouncements related to the FCA as well as the cases that are emblematic of those policy priorities. Topic areas will include emerging enforcement risks in the DEI, Tariff, and Cybersecurity spaces for those that do business with the government as well as best practices for managing internal issues that could evolve into a whistleblower complaint and developing effective strategies for qui tam litigation and DOJ investigations.
