Liane Noble to Present on Barbri Panel: "Force Majeure, Indemnity, and Warranty Clauses"

On Tuesday, August 12th, Liane Noble will be presenting a CLE entitled “Force Majeure, Indemnity, and Warranty Clauses: Drafting Against New Risks.” This program, hosted by Barbri, will give practical guidance for drafting and negotiating force majeure, indemnification, and warranty clauses in commercial contracts under the current uncertain political, environmental, technologic, and economic climate.
Liane, alongside co-presenter Lida Rodriguez-Taseff, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of Ten North Group, will also examine structuring indemnity for third-party and direct claims, shifting liability, and jurisdictional enforcement limits, warranty clauses vis-à-vis supply disruptions and environmental carve-outs, and aligning warranty clauses with indemnity and force majeure language.
