Energy Transfer Partners in all aspects of the development and financing of the Lake Charles LNG Project, with a liquefaction capacity of 16.45 mtpa; also advising on all FERC and Department of Energy matters
Kimmeridge in its acquisition of Commonwealth LNG, a project company developing an LNG liquefaction and export facility
Golden Pass LNG in the restructuring and renegotiation of its EPC arrangements for the completion of the Golden Pass LNG project, following the bankruptcy of Zachry Holdings
Tellurian, Inc. in the development of the Driftwood LNG Project, a 5 train, 26 mtpa LNG export terminal in Louisiana, including the negotiation of a $15.2 billion EPC contract and long distance natural gas pipeline for natural gas supply
