Biography
Thomas focuses his practice primarily on capital markets transactions and general corporate matters. He has represented both issuers and underwriters in initial public offerings, as well as public and private offerings of equity and debt securities. In addition, he has assisted companies in their general securities law compliance and corporate governance efforts. Thomas’ practice also includes representation of public and private companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions.

Thomas’ clients include energy companies in the exploration and production, oilfield services, and midstream sectors.
