Biography
Sarah’s primary areas of practice are capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and advising public and private companies on governance and general corporate and securities matters. Her capital markets experience includes representation of both issuers and underwriters in initial public offerings (IPOs) as well as public and private offerings of equity and debt securities of oil and natural gas exploration, natural gas pipeline, and oilfield service companies. She has also advised private equity investors, as well as public and private companies, on mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions in the oil and gas exploration, pipeline, and oilfield services industries.
