Biography
Paul’s practice focuses on real estate and general business transactions. His experience includes representation of a wide variety of clients engaged in many types of real estate, financing and other business transactions, as well as institutional lenders in the acquisition and disposition of commercial property of all product types, and the restructuring of existing credit facilities. Paul also has experience in commercial leasing, lease disputes, general corporate representation and long-term healthcare acquisitions and lending. He currently represents several large nationwide developers and property managers in various leasing, lending, workout and sale transactions. Paul also represents institutional landlords and tenants across the country.

Paul is a regular speaker on leasing issues, including drafting, negotiation, and disputes with respect to landlord/tenant relationships.
