Biography
Lande's primary areas of practice include mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities, and general corporate matters. Lande has assisted in the representation of issuers and underwriters in public offerings of debt and equity securities. Lande has also assisted master limited partnerships and other public companies in various strategic transactions, including acquisitions, restructurings, joint ventures, and going private transactions, as well as with their securities law compliance and corporate governance efforts.

Lande's clients include energy companies in the exploration and production, midstream, and oilfield services spaces.
