Biography
Kaam is a member of V&E's worldwide Energy Transactions and Projects practice group. He has experience in project development and finance, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. In particular, Kaam has experience in numerous facets of the energy business, including upstream, pipelines, LNG, refining and chemicals, power generation and transmission, and mining and metals transactions. Kaam regularly represents sponsors/developers, investors, buyers and sellers, contractors, lenders and other participants on their global energy and infrastructure projects.
