Biography
Jeff Floyd concentrates his practice on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures; corporate finance and securities; contests for control; and corporate governance. He has successfully represented public and private companies as well as private investment companies and investment banking firms. Jeff has achieved success for clients in diverse industries, including energy and oil field service, retail, finance, technology and software, health care, and construction. Jeff has also been involved with companies introducing new technologies to various markets, including the development of video-based driver education training, and development and manufacture of automated medication-dispensing machines for hospitals. Jeff's track record has earned him recognition as one of The Best Lawyers in America in the field of corporate law.
