Biography
Harry is a partner based out of the Houston office. He focuses his practice on national restructuring and reorganization matters. Harry has extensive experience representing various parties in out-of-court restructurings and complex Chapter 11 cases, both as an attorney and as an investment banker/financial advisor. He has represented clients in a range of industries, including but not limited to manufacturing; transportation; upstream, midstream, and downstream sectors of the energy industry; oil field services; power; petrochemicals; real estate; retail; sub-prime finance; and mass media.
Prior to joining V&E in 2007, Harry was co-head of the restructuring arm of a Houston-based investment bank and financial advisory firm. He was also previously a partner in the Houston office of a national law firm, and a co-founding partner of a Houston-based business bankruptcy firm.

- Counsel to trustees, secured lenders, creditors' committee or ad hoc noteholders' committees and other parties-in-interest in various Chapter 11 cases or out-of-court restructurings within industries such as oil & gas exploration and production, oil and gas refining, barge and oil drilling rig construction, gaming casinos and entertainment, manufacturing, real estate development, power, and media
- Financial advisor/investment banker for Chapter 11 debtors, official creditor's committees and ad hoc note holder committees in various industries including oil & gas exploration and production, oil and gas refining, oil and gas midstream, ship and offshore rig construction, agricultural fertilizer manufacturing, petrochemical industry, media and plastics injection molding
