Biography
David primarily represents issuers or investment banks in connection with capital markets financings, with a focus on high yield and other debt securities offerings. He also has significant experience in convertible debt and equity offerings and related equity derivative products. In the past five years alone, he has advised on nearly a hundred capital markets offerings.

David's clients have included many of the world's leading investment banks, as well as a diverse range of public and private capital markets issuers. He has extensive experience in the energy industry in particular, having worked on numerous transactions involving oil and gas companies, midstream companies, refiners, and oilfield service companies. He also has significant experience in the chemical industry, the shipping industry, the airline industry, and a variety of other industries.

David spent approximately two years in the firm's London office, where he gained valuable international transactional experience, and he has worked on a broad array of international financing transactions.
