Biography
Chris has more than 10 years experience in structuring acquisitions, divestitures, and capital-raising transactions, and in related areas of corporate finance and securities law. Chris also works closely with public companies in their corporate governance, disclosure compliance, and related legal matters. Chris is particularly experienced working with energy-focused private equity funds in their fundraising, investments, and other legal matters, and in transactions involving midstream and downstream oil and gas assets and technology-related businesses. In 2008 and 2009, Chris was named as a “Texas Rising Star” in Texas Monthly.
