Vinson & Elkins Advises Takkion Holdings LLC in Acquisition of Renew Energy

Vinson & Elkins advised Takkion Holdings LLC, a portfolio company of funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, Inc. and premier multimodal logistics and transportation provider for energy transition infrastructure, in connection with its acquisition of Sioux Falls, SD-based Renew Energy, Inc. and its subsidiaries (collectively, “RENEW”).

RENEW is a leading provider of operations and maintenance solutions serving the renewable energy market.

The V&E M&A team was led by Dan Komarek, Danielle Patterson, Luke Thomas and Kelly Reddington.
