Vinson & Elkins Achieves Mansfield Rule 4.0 Certification and Remains Focused on Diversity
Vinson & Elkins announced today it has achieved Mansfield Rule 4.0 Certification after completing a rigorous year-long collaboration with Diversity Lab.
Mansfield Rule Certification measures whether law firms have affirmatively considered at least 30% women, underrepresented racial/ethnic groups, LGBTQ+ lawyers, and lawyers with disabilities for leadership and governance roles, equity partner promotions, client opportunities, and senior lateral positions. Mansfield focuses on measurement, transparency, and accountability to achieve meaningful progress toward greater diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Vinson & Elkins is actively taking part in the fifth cycle of the Mansfield process, Mansfield Rule Certification 5.0, that launched in July 2021.
