V&E Advising Aisin AW and AW Texas on New Production Base in Cibolo, TX
Vinson & Elkins is advising Japanese auto parts supplier Aisin AW and subsidiary AW Texas on its project to construct a new production base in Cibolo, Texas, near San Antonio. Aisin AW is planning to invest $400 million toward the future facility that will bring about 900 jobs to the city of Cibolo.
