Vinson & Elkins advised and collaborated with The Georgetown Company’s General Counsel and Principal Michael Busch on the lease and TI financing structuring and documentation in connection with the development of a leading life science hub at 787 11th Avenue on Manhattan’s Far West Side. The newly redeveloped building will feature more than 200,000 square feet of state-of-the-art laboratory, research, clinical and biomedical facilities.

With the addition of two tenants, Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and a research and design lab for internationally renowned designer, scientist and inventor Neri Oxman, the building is now 100% leased.

The V&E team was led by partners Adam Endick and Wally Schwartz. Also advising were senior associate Naheem Harris, associates Jason Robinson and Elisha Lerner and partner George Howard.
