Summa Equity Acquires G-CON Manufacturing

Vinson & Elkins advised G-CON Manufacturing, Inc., a leading U.S.-based manufacturer of prefabricated cleanrooms used for manufacturing within the pharmaceuticals industry, in connection with Summa Equity Fund II’s acquisition of a majority stake in G-CON.
