New York Mortgage Trust Completes $100M Private Placement of Senior Notes

Vinson & Elkins advised New York Mortgage Trust, Inc. in connection with its $100 million private placement of 5.75% Senior Notes due 2026. The offering closed on April 27, 2021.

NYMT is an internally managed real estate investment trust in the business of acquiring, investing in, financing and managing primarily mortgage-related single-family and multi-family residential assets.
