Fetner Properties Closes on Acquisition and JV Development of New York Mixed Use Building
Vinson & Elkins advised Fetner Properties in the joint venture acquisition with Peakhill Equity Partners of a three property assemblage at 266 West 96th Street, 268 West 96th Street, and 270 West 96 Street, which, upon completion of demolition and ground-up development, will contain a 23-story mixed use multifamily building.
This development will bring a total of 171 market-rate and affordable apartments to Manhattan’s Upper West Side, 83 of which will be micro units. The deal closed on December 20, 2021.
