Enviva Partners, LP Announces Accretive Drop-Down Transactions, Underwritten Public Offering
Vinson & Elkins advised Enviva Holdings, LP in a transaction whereby Enviva Partners, LP has agreed to purchase from Enviva Holdings, LP a wood pellet production plant in Lucedale, Mississippi, a deep-water marine terminal in Pascagoula, Mississippi and three long-term, take-or-pay off-take contracts with creditworthy Japanese counterparties (the “acquisitions”).
V&E also advised Enviva Partners, LP in an upsized underwritten public offering of 4,400,000 common units representing limited partner interests intended to fund a portion of the aggregate purchase price for the Acquisitions.
