Devon Energy Sells Interests in EnLink Midstream to Global Infrastructure Partners for $3.125B

Vinson & Elkins advised Devon Energy Corp. in connection with its agreement to sell its aggregate ownership interests in EnLink Midstream Partners, LP and EnLink Midstream, LLC to an affiliate of Global Infrastructure Partners, a leading global, independent infrastructure fund manager, for $3.125 billion.

Devon Energy is a leading independent energy company engaged in finding and producing oil and natural gas.
