CNX Resources Corporation Closes $200M Offering of Senior Notes
Vinson & Elkins advised the initial purchasers in connection with the offering by CNX Resources Corporation of $200 million aggregate principal amount of its 7.250% senior notes due 2027 (the “New Notes”) at a price of 103.5% of par with an effective yield of 6.34%. The New Notes are being offered as additional notes under an indenture, dated March 14, 2019, pursuant to which CNX previously issued $500 million aggregate principal amount of 7.250% senior notes due 2027. The offering closed on September 22, 2020.
