Clean Line Energy Sells Non-Transmission Development Assets to ConnectGen

Vinson & Elkins advised Clean Line Energy Partners LLC in connection with the sale of its non-transmission development assets, including its interests in a 600 MW wind project and a series of utility-scale wind and battery storage development projects, to ConnectGen LLC, a new renewable energy company established by Quantum Energy Partners Fund VII.
