Antero Resources Closes $250 Million Offering of Convertible Senior Notes

Vinson & Elkins advised Antero Resources Corporation in connection with its offering of $250 million aggregate principal amount of 4.25% convertible senior notes due 2026 in a private placement to qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933. The offering closed on August 21, 2020.
