Antero Resources Announces $402M Overriding Royalty Transaction
Vinson & Elkins advised Antero Resources Corporation (“Antero”) on a structured overriding royalty interest transaction with an affiliate of Sixth Street Partners, LLC that will result in proceeds to Antero of up to $402 million.
Antero is an independent natural gas and oil company engaged in the acquisition, development and production of unconventional liquids-rich natural gas properties located in the Appalachian Basin in West Virginia and Ohio.
