Private Property Condemnation: Office Warehouse Property Partial Taking

The State’s initial set of experts ignored the impacts of the taking on the functionality of the building. A second set of experts acknowledged the damages after V&E was hired, but underestimated the value of the building. The case proceeded to trial, after which the jury returned a favorable verdict for the property owner. V&E represented the property owner in the appeal of the case, wherein the verdict was upheld.
