Zach Terwilliger to Speak at the American Bar Association’s 38th National Institute on White Collar Crime

On March 3, 2023, Zach Terwilliger will present on a plenary panel alongside other leading white collar practitioners during the American Bar Association’s 38th National Institute on White Collar Crime. Zach will share insights along with Neil Eggleston, Mary Jo White, Beth Wilkinson Kirby Behre, Professor Ellen Podgor and Paul Fishman. The panel will discuss ethical issues and challenges that arise in white collar defense cases, as well as best practices and recent developments.

The American Bar Association is hosting its 38th National Institute on White Collar Crime in Miami, Florida from March 1, 2023 – March 3, 2023. Institute presenters include much-acclaimed panels of United States District Judges, general counsel of leading corporations, and the Directors of Enforcement of the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, as well as senior representatives of the Department of Justice Criminal Division. Additionally, the covered topics range from 2023 enforcement and regulatory priorities to challenges of judging in the 21st Century, as well as various sessions regarding ethics and skills.
