The Securities Enforcement Forum in Washington DC is one of the most substantive conferences in the SEC space, with at least one leader from the SEC on every panel. This year, CCL Shareholder Litigation and Enforcement Partner Rebecca Fike has joined the inaugural steering committee for a “Central” Forum, that will kick off at the Four Seasons Chicago on September 19, 2023.

This is a one-day conference with in-person and virtual attendance options that brings together current and former SEC senior officials, securities enforcement and white collar attorneys, in-house counsel, and compliance executes. Rebecca will be moderating the panel entitled “Insider Trading 360: Enforcement Trends, Key Cases and Prosecutions”.

The conference’s faculty – including numerous senior SEC enforcement officials and over 20 other luminaries in the securities enforcement field — will discuss the most important issues now facing attorneys and professionals who work in this area.
