On September 15th, Rebecca Fike will be presenting on UT Law’s 8th Annual Government Enforcement Institute panel “SEC: Developments and Current Priorities,” which will provide updates on the SEC’s recent enforcement efforts involving financial fraud, corporate disclosure, SPACs and ESG.

She will be joined by a group of former Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) officials and the current Director of the Fort Worth Regional Office, David Peavler. The panel includes Jason S. Flemmons (Senior Managing Director, Ankura Consulting Group and former Deputy Chief Accountant for the SEC’s Division of Enforcement), Jina Choi (Partner, Morrison Foerster and former Regional Director for the SEC’s San Francisco Office), and Kurt Gottschall (Partner, Haynes Boone, LLP and former Regional Director of the SEC’s Denver Office).
