IP Series Logo - Universal - 770x420

The Supreme Court’s current docket is unusually heavy with patent cases. In this presentation, the panelists gave an overview of the Court’s current patent docket, before taking a deeper dive on two cases — involving venue and patent exhaustion — that have the potential to not only revolutionize how clients address patent matters, but also has the potential to revolutionize how we (the attorneys) practice law.

In this presentation, we previewed TC Heartland LLC v. Kraft Foods Group Brands LLC and Impression Products, Inc. v. Lexmark International and discussed the issues and potential outcomes. We also took one additional step and discussed what these cases may mean to the business of law.

This presentation was recorded and current as of January 24, 2017. Content viewed after this date may no longer be current.
