This session will discuss changes in tax law under the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022, specifically the expanded and extended tax credits. After completing this session, participants will be able to identify the energy and other investments eligible for new, expanded and/or extended tax credits, understand the mechanics of the new credit transfer and direct-payment rules, and learn about innovative deal structures.
