On February 3, Robert Seber moderated and Maritza Okata participated in a panel as part of NYU School of Law’s Frank J. Guarini Center on Environmental, Energy and Land Use Law “Energy Policy Discussion Series.” The panel discussion was titled, “Getting to Net Zero? Evaluating Pathways Towards New York State’s Climate Goals” and discussed the ambitious goals of the Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act enacted by New York State in 2019.
