On March 6th, Partner Gary Huffman (TAX/WAS) is participating in a virtual panel titled “Partnerships and the Corporate Book Minimum Tax” at the Federal Bar Association’s 47th Annual Tax Law Conference.

This panel conversation will address the impact of Corporate Alternative Minimum Tax on partnerships; for instance, the distributive share only rule. The panelists will also discuss pending, current, and expected guidance from the IRS.
