Difficult Conversations: Talking About Race @ Work
Vinson & Elkins and Fringe Professional Development were honored to co-host a candid dialogue about how to navigate conversations about race in the workplace. A phenomenal group of panelists shared their experience and insights, including V&E hiring partner, Steve Gill, and manager of diversity and inclusion, David Dixon, along with Neha Sampat, CEO and Founder of GenLead|Belong Lab, Rachael Bosch, Founder of Fringe Professional Development, and moderator Janelle Christian, Founder of self-care platform Hey J. Nicole.

While discussions about race have always been difficult, the current focus on racism and police brutality in our country has increased the frequency of these discussions. We hope this candid dialogue about how to approach these conversations with empathy, curiosity, and growth in mind is a helpful resource and catalyst for additional dialogue.
