Communications Law in the Digital Age 2017

V&E partner Tom Leatherbury presented on “Newsgathering and Privacy Liability” as part of a panel at PLI’s 2017 Communications Law in the Digital Age conference. The program brings together firm attorneys, in-house counsel, government officials, academics, and other professionals who practice in the fields of media and telecommunications, corporate compliance, privacy, and First Amendment law to discuss the continually evolving subject of media and communications law. Tom and V&E counsel Marc Fuller co-authored the written materials for the panel.
