Wendy is giving a presentation on “Common Traps and Pitfalls for Issuers and Holders of Debt Instruments.” The presentation will highlight the common issues that arise for holders and issuers of debt instruments, including original issue discount (OID), market discount, investment units, applicable high-yield discount obligation (AHYDO), and fungibility.
