Samantha focuses on the business development and practice support efforts across the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions, Venture Capital, Private Equity, Capital Markets and Technology Transactions practice groups. Prior to this role, her practice focused on corporate and securities law matters, including securities offerings, private equity, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate representation. Samantha has also assisted multiple companies with public offerings and SEC reporting requirements.
