Robert Reyes Landicho Associate, International Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Robert practices international litigation and arbitration, and general commercial litigation, often involving non-U.S. parties.

In particular, Robert represents clients in investor-State disputes before the International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) at the World Bank, and the rules of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL). He also represents clients in commercial arbitrations, under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), and London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). In addition, Robert represents foreign and U.S. parties in state and federal courts.
