Erik Jacobson

Erik’s principal area of practice is energy regulation and litigation.  He represents energy and utility clients, focusing on eminent domain law and regulatory proceedings. Erik’s work entails representation of clients before the Public Utility Commission of Texas regarding utility infrastructure, including obtaining Certificates of Convenience and Necessity. Erik’s eminent domain practice involves representation of utilities in the condemnation process in various courts throughout the state.
