Eric’s principal area of practice is complex commercial litigation. His practice primarily focuses on conducting internal investigations and defending clients in investigations brought by U.S. and international regulators and in related litigation, including matters related to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. Eric’s practice also focuses on responding to Freedom of Information Act requests, drafting and implementing anti-corruption policies, conducting due diligence in connection with large deals, and assisting clients in pre-trial proceedings, including responding to discovery requests and preparing clients for interviews or depositions.
Eric is a native Spanish speaker and frequently assists clients doing or
seeking to do business in Spanish speaking countries. Eric also represents individuals pro bono in family child-custody, immigration,
and wrongful termination proceedings.
