Doug joined the firm in 1976 and was
admitted to partnership in 1983. He is an experienced trial lawyer with two
distinct litigation practices. His condemnation practice focuses on
representing clients whose property is being taken through the power of eminent
domain. He also has significant experience counseling a broad range of clients
in employment, labor, and civil rights law.
And he represents clients in matters involving
issues of employment discrimination, pension benefits, and labor relations
(including collective bargaining and unfair labor practices). He represents
clients throughout the United States in federal and state courts, and before
local authorities and agencies.
